LATEST COVID-19 DEVELOPMENTS
* Victoria’s five-day lockdown will end just before midnight on Wednesday, Premier Daniel Andrews confirmed.
* A federal Health Department survey of more than 4000 people found 27 per cent were unsure if they would choose to be vaccinated against the disease.
* About 12,000 people in SA will be vaccinated in the first phase of the rollout which will start as early as Monday, SA Premier Steven Marshall said.
* 100 frontline health workers on the Gold Coast will be vaccinated on Monday, Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk said.
* NSW Premier Gladys Berejiklian said COVID-19 frontline workers in NSW will start being vaccinated from Monday, with 35,000 frontline workers in line for the Pfizer vaccine over the next three weeks.
* Tasmania expelled a Victorian woman who failed to obey a direction of an emergency management worker at a Launceston hotel where she was quarantining.
* Tasmania’s vaccination program will begin next week in Hobart, first targeting frontline health workers, quarantine and border staff, Health Minister Sarah Courtney said.
AUSTRALIAN CORONAVIRUS NUMBERS:
* No new locally acquired cases were reported in Australia on Wednesday. Four cases were identified in hotel quarantine in NSW. A further two were identified in hotel quarantine in SA.
* The national death toll is 909: Victoria 820, NSW 56, Tasmania 13, WA 9, Queensland 6, SA 4, ACT 3. (Two Queensland residents who died in NSW have been included in the official tolls of both states).
GLOBAL CORONAVIRUS NUMBERS:

* Deaths: at least 2,418,000
* Recovered: at least 61,585,000
