  • In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper squeezes a “fettuccine noodle” soft pop out of a patient’s cheek.
  • Dr. Lee uses a comedone extractor to wiggle out the “noodle,” which is incredibly long and winding.
  • The soft pop appears to be a blackhead, which is a single pore filled with dead skin and oil.

Get ready to twirl your fork around this “noodle.” In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper—aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD—squeezes a “fettuccine” soft pop out of a patient’s cheek. Yes, this is a pretty pasta pop.

In the silent clip, Dr Lee uses a comedone extractor to squeeze the noodle-like contents out of the soft pop. With a firm press of the tool, cream-hued gunk snakes out of the growth like a long piece of cooked pasta. It’s both satisfying and disturbing, and will probably make you skip pasta night for a couple of weeks.

In the comments of the video, one fan wrote, “Fettuccine time!” Another fan simply commented three snake emojis, which says about everything in pictures, now doesn’t it?

The soft pop appears to be a blackhead, which is a single pore filled with wet dead skin and oil that forms a black “head” when exposed to air. The whiteish contents you see noodling out of this pop is the same material as the black “head,” though this gunk has yet to be oxidized.
